voice to provide an example of the way that messages and communications
should be delivered in an actual emergency. The example set by the net control
operator is of great importance in avoiding any suggestion of urgency or panic.

Coast Amateur Radio Society in cooperation with the Harris Intersil ARC,
who encourage, all Radio Amateurs to join this net.
